DDCSV3.1 firmware - install(2021-09-112).zip download link? and forum cleanup

Thank you for making the DDCSV3.1, it has be great for what I need.

I have two questions:

Firmware:   In 2021 I asked about a download link for the latest DDCSV3.1 firmware -  install(2021-09-112).zip
The forum download page still only shows the old firmware - install(2020-03-06-112).zip


Another user sent an unoffical link to the new one:  https://disk.yandex.ru/d/NCA8aAokPc66ag

Can the dowmload link be updated so users know of this new version?
Has there been any updated firmware for the DDCS3.1 after the install(2021-09-112) ?

Forum spam:  The forum pages are not updated very often but there is a lot of spam messages, can they be removed please?
