I have a problem that my ddcs is hanging on the starting screen. I've tried to updating the firmware but there is nothing happened. Is it possible to do a reset on ddcs? If yes, how can i do it?
After I updated the firmware and changed the language setting to Japanese, the device stopped working at the startup logo.
However, when I looked at the update file, I noticed that there was a "jp" file but no "msg-jp" file, so I renamed "msg-eng" to "msg-jp" and it started up.
