Dm500 beep

Hi i purchsed thia controller and then i connet it to power supply.. its starting continioustly beep sound.. and them firmware loads no one key are working... what is wrong.? Faulty controller??

Hello there:
     There is a power monitoring module inside the controller; according to the theory, when the voltage is less than 24V, the system will enter the power-off protection program, accompanied by a buzzer; you may have different characteristics of the power monitoring chip inside the system; The supply voltage can only meet the conditions.
Approach:
    1: Contact the supplier for replacement;
   2: Try to increase the power supply voltage to 28V!
