What code runs before my code?

I once had problems on "Run" with the controller moving to positions that I had not programmed then running my code.
Solved in the end by clearing ALL variables.
However this means that some code runs before my code, what is it?

Maybe gotoz.nc  executes 0100 or safez.nc executes 0101 subprogram inside slib.nc? You can blank for exemple gotoz.nc...and test

I am aware of safez.nc and pretty sure I checked #800 etc. Also not sure why a gotoz should be part of startup.
