Hi,
I have a problem with my controller, I hope someone can help me.

The mpeg port and motor port works fine, but the input port they do not seem to work properly.

For example:
E-stop with low signal: it makes no difference if I press the button or not, nothing happens.
i try E-stop with high signal: pressing or releasing the button will play a beeep continuously..

hard limit (or home too) with low signal: same thing.. nothing  when i press the switch.
hard limit with high signal: the axis don't move.. when i press the button or not..

i checked the voltage and there are 12 volt..  and of course the e-stop button  and limit switch works fine (all 5)

maybe I lost something in the config  file..  (i hope...)

i try a different firmware and do the same thing..

any suggestion ?

Thanks
Max

You do not say which version controller V1.1 or V2.1. The first has positive switching the second negative switching and I feel you are not wiring correctly. If you have V1.1 a normally open switch should be connected between 12v and the input.  If you have V2.1 a normally open switch should be connected between GND and the input.
Please come back if this does not help.

You are switching 12v in that the action of your switch closing allows current to flow from 12v through an opto-coupler through your switch to GND. Take a look at page 22 Fig 2-17.

Need to connect 24v(19) -> COM+(20) and GND(37) -> COM-(1).

Hi!!!
Help, I purchased a controller V3 .1, I can not get the work of induction sensors, they are not powered.
Also, external buttons and MPG do not work. Does anyone have a detailed power connection scheme. In the manual did not find.
