I have checked the wiring inside the MPG. It appears to be a high standard unit and the soldering appears to be very good. This indicates we have a software problem.
Can you please respond to my requests for help?

I have tried to upload the firmware again to replace the original version. No difference!  Still with a dead MPG.
I am losing all patience with this problem.
I have spent many hours trying every solution. I am getting no further assistance from Digital Dream. How can we fix this ???
