Help. DDCS V 3.1 not working

Hello.I recently bought a DDCS v3.1 controller. After taking it out of the box and conecting it to a 24V power suply, it turns on making a loud beep that will go on for as long as the control is powered. It only displays a screen that says "starting..." and then another one with the logo of "Digital dream DDCS4 V3.1 4 Axis Motion Controller ".
I have tried to update the firmware but doesn't seem to work. Any idea on how to solve this?

Update:
After further investigation into my system, I have discovered that the power supply was failing. Upon replacing the power supply, everything appears to be functioning correctly.
