回零时Z轴下落撞到工件，参数设置问题

我发现系统默认是xy回零后，Z轴总是会下落到工件上，导致z轴撞到工件；
系统设置的回零参数，是xyx三个同步设置的，可不可以z轴单独设置回零参数呢，避免撞机；


或者，xy回工件中心，z轴回机械0点呢。
