Those motors seem kind of small.  What is the cnc rig that you are driving?   I am using NEMA 23 on a cnc wood router that moves a Rotozip power head.  They are only slightly overkill, (i think they were 600 oz/in torque) but going oversized means less likely to miss steps when the machine hits an intermittent & heavy load.

I think your OK with the voltage otherwise.
