ddcs v3.1执行真四轴联动刀路,是错误的,同一个程序,在锐志天宏a18运动系统运行没问题,这是为什么呢?

你好!
所谓真四轴,主要看控制器是否具备四轴联动的功能,对于假四轴刀路,主要的目的是在三轴机床上实现圆雕。DDCS是具备四轴联动插补功能。
对于你说的问题,建议进行如下检查:
1. 真四轴刀路雕刻时,必须保证A轴的实际旋转方向与刀路设计时A轴旋转方向一致,也就是说,如果刀路设计时,A轴正向定义为顺时针旋转,则必须将控制器的A轴正向设置为顺时针旋转,否则,雕刻出来的效果会与设计刀路完全不一致。
2. 如果不是第一点造成的问题,则考虑加工过程中轴是否出现丢步,特别是A轴上的丢步,由于A轴属于旋转轴,丢步的累积会造成雕刻失真,特别是长时间雕刻后,失真会越来越大。失步有可能是加速度设置过大引起的,由于各个系统的加减速处理方式不一样,所以这种情况,各个系统之间不好进行对比,建议你将降低加速度,或利用外部手段检查是否有失步的情况出现(比如你使用的伺服驱动,利用伺服驱动脉冲计数判断伺服接收到的脉冲与控制器发出的脉冲是否一致)。

你的刀路中A轴是持续增长还是反复换向?如果A轴采用反复换向方式,你可以先用下面的代码测试A轴在换向时,是否有丢步的情况:

上面的程序会反复调用,你可以让它运行一段时间,比如5-10分钟,然后按暂停键,之后A轴手动回0,看看此时A轴的位置是否与之前的初始位置有偏差。
