I have a ddcs4.1. I can't get it to recognize the pendrive. When I press the F7 key, on the right there is the only option I can enter is the "local disk" even trying to update the firmware it does not recognize the USB pendrive. I also can't delete files on local disk. Another information is that in the lower right corner in the "free space" appears 0 MB.
I'm using a USB formatted in FAT32. Could you help me, please
