If you want to change the OST file location in MS Outlook, you can follow these free steps.
Account Settings > Data Files in Outlook.
Exchange Server account Settings.

Advanced > Outlook Data File Settings > Disable Offline Use > Yes.

Select “I want to move the old file” in Outlook Data File Settings. Now select Browser, then drag the Offline Outlook Data (OST) file to any folder. If you click Open, Outlook will create a new OST file.
Click Advanced, check Used Cached Exchange Mode, then OK in Microsoft Exchange. Outlook Email Client restart and click OK.
