Is your controller version 1.1 or 2.1? If it is version 1.1, you need to connect PROBE to +12V-l.

If you are using version 2.1, we need to do some checks. You can measure the voltage across R10. If PROBE is disconnected from GND, the voltage should be 0V; otherwise the voltage should be around 3V. If the result of your measurement is not the case, the U8 optocoupler is damaged and needs to be replaced.

If the probe signal can be received correctly, there is no problem on the hardware, and we analyze the software.

From the current situation, there is no problem with the controller hardware. You can gradually modify the parameters according to your requirements based on the current parameters, and use test.nc to observe whether the probe function is valid. The parameters are stored by two files: setting and uservar, where the 0-499 parameter is stored in the 'setting' file. These two files are included in the attachment on the 12# of this post.
You can revert to the original 106 version and use the probe signal.
