Backlash settings

I have asked this question in the posts before.
When I set backlash settings these are visible with the actual move on the display.
For example, I move the X cordinate 10mm backlash setting is 0.32 mm.
The table moves to the correct position but dispalys 10.32 mm.
Please can you help, this cannot be correct.

My friend in  the UK also requested info on this backlash problem.
After many weeks of no response he sent the controller back for a money refund.
