Jeff Webb, who played with the Chiefs from 2006-2008, is facing multiple felony counts. He's accused of "orchestrating four staged collisions resulting in a total lo s exceeding $139,000," according to a reported that those collisions occurred added that he was arrested on June 28 Ricardo Louis Jersey in Indio, Calif.
