Creating a custom G-command

On the latest firmware, creating custom G-command does not work.
For example, I need a command G130.
For this, I add the following text to slib.nc:
O9130
G90 G1 X15 F500
G90 G1 X0 F500
M99
But the G130 command does not work from G-code.
What am I doing wrong?
