I'm not able to upload a firmware upgrade to ny ddcs4 v3.1. I have d/l'd the file, put it onto a virgin formatted usb, saved parameter settings manually , insert he usb drive , power down, wait for a bit and power back up. The upgrade wasn't installed. Any ideas? Is there a key I should press while booting up?
