Ddcsv 3.1 will not fun g code file

I just purchased a ddcsv3.1 from Amazon, it had some glitches so I upgraded the firmware to the latest version Now, when I try to run a g code file,
The Z axis barely moves. Then the beeper goes off and that's all it will do need a fix
