ec300, Conn light wont come on

i just installed my EC300. The Conn light will not come on. It is not flashing either. The green and yellow eithernet lights are on and doing thier thing. When i go to the setup plugins window, it says link is waiting. when i plug in the x drive and configure it, then try to move it t does not move. Mach3 gives me the error device not ready. I did go thur the ethernet settings in windows and set it up best i could since the screen shots are ont in english. I tried a different ethernet cable.

Do i have a bad controller? Anything else i can try?

I took the case off the controller and found a reset button next to the Conn light. I pushed the button, when i power back up the controller the Conn light comes for a second or 2 then goes back out. What does this indicate?

If I dont get any replies i will just throw your board in the trash and never buy your brand again. Then leave a bad review on amazon where i bought it.
