Comparing bus rental with other types of group transport

Hi everyone! We’re planning a company outing, and we’re looking for transport to get the whole group to our destination. In the past, we always used a couple of minivans, but this time I’m considering a large bus. Minivans have been inconvenient: part of the group in one vehicle, part in the other, and sometimes the drivers got mixed up. Maybe a bus would be a better option for situations like this? Has anyone compared buses with other options for a group?
