Continues beeping sound on the unit

Hi everyone,
I’ve been running through some test but my ddcs v3.1 unit still make a sound of cpntinues beeping. Ive been trying to move the Y, X, and Z-axis. It moved like usual. But the problem is i cannot reset the program. The unit only give an information that The Y- axis neg. Off the limit. What should i do? Can you guys help me?  For the record, i just start to learn and operate this ddcs for 3 months. Thank you guys.
