the first controller starts

Hello,
Today, I connected ddcsv 2.1 for the first time, connected only PSU 24V 5A, drivers and pendant, at startup of the controller a continuous acoustic signal(summing) in the flashing reset status, the reset button does not respond, what can it mean? wrong wiring?

Please check the configuration of the ESTOP signal on MPG and the signal of extended ESTOP.
If you are not connected to these signals, please disable it(#428,#423), otherwise reverse its electric level(#429,#424).
