Title: DDCSV3.1 COM+ and COM- pins not showing any VOLTAGE.
Just bought 4-axis DDCSV3.1 for our special purpose machine. X, Y, Z and A steppers are working fine. COM+ and COM- terminals which are supposed to provide 12VDC supply for field IO are showing '0' Volts. Have checked voltages between all COM+ and COM- ports which is showing '0'. Kindly help us.

Regards,
Rishi R. Soni.

The voltage between COM+ and COM- is not 12V it is 24VDC.
Between them there is no voltage because you didn't wire the second power supply.
DDCS V3.1 needs 2 power supplies.
Please check the photo.

Hello,
Thanks for this information. It was not clear in the documentation...
I did a trial with one 24V power supply only, connecting COM- to OV and COM+ to 24V. It works well but I am not sure it is the right thing to do.  Could you explain why 2 power supply are required ?
Best Regards,
Daniel
