Title: DDCSV2.1 first ON board show White screen
Hi,

    Please help, I have a problem for the first time turn ON controller. It is show "white screen" i can not see main page

Remark : input power 24Vdc 10 amp.

Have you tried starting the controller with a pin drive installed that has the current software installed?  I cannot remember if that is required, but that is how I started mine.

Dear Rob,
    After making their purchase, first time i received the product but i can never open the controller.

My choice of words seem to be causing a communication breakdown.  Let's try this again.
My control came with a red/black scandisk memory stick that had files installed from the factory.  I inserted that memory stick in the usb port before I turned the control on.

I am not certain this is required, but it is what I did.

The memory stick that came with my control looked like this.

Mine came with this pendrive too, but it was empty...
please someone can share the files??

i delete the main files inside the controller playing around and now it is bricked.
In the website i cannot find any compatible file for this model...

Looking at the first photo there is a blown IC. Contact supplier and ask for a new one. This is not likely to be a software problem!!
