Title: DDCSV2.1 does not work with the driver
Last edited by Alessio In 2018-3-12 01:25 Editor

Hi !
I have a problem. Your controller does not want to work with the driver of the new modification (in which the NE555 stands). With the driver having the 74HC123 controller all ok. Can I correct the firmware of the controller to work correctly with the new driver?

In this video driver in X-axis have 74HC123   -------It's  worked.  No problem.
In axis Y and axis Z  new version drivers with NE555 are standing   ------Don't  worked

I changed the drivers in some places.  74HC123 - WORKED IN ALL AXISS FROM DDCSV2.1
NE555 model - don't work
Can I update the controller firmware for the driver to work properly?
All new drivers now have NE555 and do not work with your controller

TB6600 42/57/86 Stepper Motor Driver 32 segments upgraded version 4.0A 42VDC for ...

Can you pls show me how you connect the driver to controller?
Normally this driver can fit the controller.

I connected the driver according to the scheme. Both drivers are connected the same way (driver with 74hc123 and with NE555)

Now I use the driver DM542 3 pieces. One of the three DM542 DOES NOT WORK in step 1 \ 16. I Put all the drivers on microstep 1 \ 64
They work normally. Need adjustment in the controller pulse width STEP
Add the adjustment of the pulse width of the STEP in the menu

Dear Alessio, could you please specify which DM542 settings you work with? More specifically, I am interested in the value for #416 Itime between DIR & pulse, #418-#421 Level pulse signal and what value for microstep you use when working with DM542 driver.

Canadian Solar manufactures several different types of corrosion-resistant panels that may be used everywhere in Australia. The majority of the poly and monocrystalline modules produced by the business are based on PERC (Passivated Emitter and Rear Contact) technology, while some include TOPCon (tunnel oxide passivated contact) or HJT (heterojunction) innovation. It has progressed into dual- and shingle-cell arrangements, as do many other significant manufacturers. Site here
