Title: Display show movement on x-axis but DRO shows no movement
Hi there

I build my own cnc with hybrid steppers. But on my first bigger part I found out that there is something wrong. There are escaletes on surfaces. After different find outs, I found the issue. There was a movement to see on the display, but no movement on the X-axis. Also the DRO shows no movement at the same time. Firstly I think I used the wrong post processor, but also with FANAC and settings described in this forum the issue is still there. When I make movements with G00 with X100.00 Y100.00 Z-20.00 and back there is no problem. All the time the mill returns to zero. Visible also on DRO. But when I use a programm generated with Fusion 360 then the DDCSV2.1 makes this unbelivable non movements. After a look on the display I can see on which line the controller do this funny thing. This line has the following code: G02 X97.724 Y63.405 I-3.763 J314.63. An other line with the same behavior: G02 X97.405 Y63.724 Z-13.300 I0.000 J0.319. There are a lot of other lines with this behavior, All the times with G02 or G03 code.

Is there any one who can help me. If not, I have a cnc controller to sale.

Hope ther is someone....
Regards
Jojo

Could you post your g-code, G02 and G03 are tricky little operations to get right.

Hi All
So because this controller has so a lot of malfunctions, like crashing all the time or movemts on axis that I don't want and so on. And also this keys with multifunctions that are unreadable. My decision is to buy a much better controller.
At the moment I have a workaround to finish my on going project. But the next step will be to find out a new and better product.

I am extremely disappointed with this controller.

But if you like to analyse the code anyway...

Here you can find the code. https://www.dropbox.com/s/9qqlw48og1grwsz/1305.nc?dl=0

Is it actually a problem with line N2675? I cannot draw this move in CAD and so I am not sure how the controller could handle it.

The wrong movement happens much earlier then line N2675. ALlready at first line with G02 or G03 operation. ANd it repeats at nearly all of the G02 and G03 operation.

So did you actually read what I said? I took one of your G2 or 3 movements (that you actually identified as having a problem) and I could not draw it in CAD. I have just tried to draw the G3 at line 16 and that does not work. I suggest you check your code with CAD then take a good hard look at your original drawing and whatever you use to generate the Gcode.
