ITs explained in detail on page 52. Half the page is dedicated to explaining what this is. I also think its name is very descriptive "thickness of tool sensor". My first thought is you should enter the thickness of your tool sensor so it knows how much more it needs to either go down (or up Negative value) after you zero on top of the sensor.
