10 ton gantry crane structure

• Single girder 10 ton gantry crane consists of 5 main parts, the bridge structure, A-frame support legs, the traveling mechanism, the trolley and the electric equipment.
• Mechanical Part: Main girder with U template and range of welding surface into the composite beams. Use the high quality carbon steel of Q235B or Q345B. The main girder and end beams are connected with the high strength bolt of 10.9 grade. The Crane travelling mechanism uses trinity drive.
• Electric System: Module control speed, micro-speed and double speed. Traveling and lifting smoothly. The power for trolley moving adopts flat cable, sliding smoothly.
• Protection Devices: Preventing hook clashing the top. Circuit self-test protection device. Outdoor gantry cranes are equipped with hoisting mechanism, electrical control box and rainproof devices. Anti-collision, sound and light alarm devices. Equipped with rail clamp.
• Controlling Ways: Crane control operation. Generally, ground controlling. Cab controlling is also available according to customer's requirement. Operating cab: open style and close style, left or right installation.
