The task was to carve some numbers. It seemed to start ok but at a consistent point first the x-axis trips on position error then the y- axis trips.
I don't have the drive faults wired to stop the program, so it carries on, but x and y don't move, of course.
On another job - cut a single slot: it cut the x & y dimension ok but didn't reach proper depth when it finished. At the end when it attempted to return to the work zero (G54), it didn't quite make it - even though the drives did not trip - but there was a terrible noise that, in my experience, is caused by an oscillation due to too high acceleration.
