Connection of DM500 controller with SZGH servo driver

Greetings to everyone..

I have used more than 7 sets of DM500 controllers for our CNC machines that use stepper motors and have never experienced any problems.
However, in our latest work, we experienced problems when we paired the DM500 controller with the SZGH servo driver. The movement seems chaotic, slows down when forming a circular motion and the dimensions do not match the geometric drawing.
We have investigated this problem by executing the same gcode on a machine that uses steppers and normally, but on the servo it becomes problematic.
We have also swapped pairs between different pendants and wiring boards, but the final conclusion remains the same, namely the DM500+SZGH servo driver has a problem.
Can anyone provide advice? Or has anyone experienced a similar case?
