How do I change language?

I see that language is parameter #240.  Using google translate I see that it accepts values of 0-2 and then I need to restart the controller.
So I put in 0 and hit enter(blue button upper right side) then turned off power to restart the controller.  Still in Chinese.
I put in 1 and hit enter(blue button upper right side) then turned off power to restart the controller.  Still in Chinese.
I put in 2 and hit enter(blue button upper right side) then turned off power to restart the controller.  Still in Chinese.



Am I doing the procedure to change the parameters correctly?  IF so, what is the value for English?
