Sir,
I tried loading the latest software and my DDCSE will not go past the "Starting" screen. I then tried to restart with the USB inserted, but the USB recognition LED does not illuminate. The only folder on the USB stick was the "INSTALL" file. Is there a hard reset I can perform?
