G0 speed too slow

My rapid move using manual control is as expected. But when running any code, my G0 movement is at G1 speed. I've changed just about everything and no matter what I do, my G0 is always at the same speed (slow).

Also, when I restart, the z axis runs down to zero then back up to -0 again. Weird...
