Its clear for everyone to see that Liverpool needs a prolific goalscorer. Being a Liverpool fan myself, I find it quite amazing that we were unable to secure one over the summer transfer window. Some fans may point the finger towards 10m man Fabio Borini as the answer for our goal scoring problems, but with a lack of Premier League experience and without  John Randle Jersey a goal in the first 7 league games of the season, its becoming increasingly likely that Liverpool will be in the window for a top striker come January.
