With George Burley rightfully getting the boot as Scotland manager yesterday, it is now time to move forward instead of backwards, as the Scottish Fa will try to appoint the right manager who can take the country in a positive direction. I will look at some of the early front runners, and some outsiders who could well po sibly get the all important job.Craig LeveinLevein is the early front runner for the Scotland job, however  Ethan Greenidge Jersey if he is appointed will the job be too much to take on? He has had succe s in the SPL with Hearts and Dundee United and with him doing so well with his current side Dundee United; he has sparked attention frommany clubs, and best of all his country Scotland. On the other hand his only spell in England came with Leicester City, and to behonest he didnt have the best of spells with the Foxes. Levein wontwenty of his seventy-two games in charge with Leicester, but lost twenty-six times, calibrating a winning record of 28%.I feel thatif Scotlanddoes decide to appoint Levein, it could well be a risk for Scottish Football.Walter SmithScotland could well opt for Walter Smith again, as the former Scotland manager could well take over the reigns at Hampden park for a second time. There are rumoursthat Walter Smith could well quit the Rangers job,so he can take Kaden Elliss Jersey  over the managerial postof his home country. He has also had spells with the Scotland U19 and U21 Deonte Harris Jersey ,at the start of hismanagerial career. He has had succe sat club level, however if appointed Scotland manager will the job turn out to be a disastrous note to put onto his decentmanagerial CV?Gary McAllisterIf I was part of the Scottish Board, would I appoint Gary McAllister as the new Scotland manager, ermNO. McAllister has a Scottish heart, and is defiantly proud to be a Scot. If they do appoint Gary, the former Leeds manager could well lift the spirits in the dre sing room Caleb Benenoch Jersey ; however will it be too much of a task for him. McAllister is very inexperienced on the full time manager front, as he has only managed Coventry and Leeds,one of which only lasted a couple of months, as Leeds decided to part company with him, after a bad run of results. McAllister did reject an offer to join up with the Scotland coaching staff, if he did accept it however, hecould well be the frontrunner for this job. However I think Gary McAllister is too inexperienced to manage his home country.Darren FergusonThe younger Ferguson is currently available, after being sacked as the manager of Peterboroughover a week ago. However bookies still have him at a good price, to take on the managerialreigns for his Country. Soune s could well change his mind, but I highly doubt it.David MoyesAs we all know Moyes has worked wonders with Everton, and maybe he could wellbe thinking, he has taken the Toffees as far as he can go. David Moyes will probably bethe best option for Scotland if they want succe s,however if Moyes doesnt leave Everton which I highly doubt, the Scottish Fa would not be able to pay Moyes, and Everton the right amount of money to lure himto the Scotland job.John CollinsThe former Hibernian manager is available, and has declared hisinterest in taking overas the managerof Scotland. On the other hand, Collins could turn out to be the wrong choice if appointed, as he has very little managerial experience.Alan IrvineIrvine is defiantly a name that I would throw into a hat. I think he could well be a good appointment for Scotland, as he has done pretty well as the managerof Preston North End. It is very unlikely  Michael Thomas Jersey that Scotland will appoint him, but he is defiantly worth a look at.
