Can't update firmware

Hey there,
I tried updating the firmware, it did not work. However, I could browse the usb no problem. Then I partitioned the usb and now the usb cant be browsed by the controller. updating still does not work.
Got the ddcsv3.1

Is your partition format FAT32?

Yes its formatted FAT32 and has a single partition.
