DM800 Firmware v2022.01.13.0 - Problems!!

REF : DM800 CNC Controller - Spindle Speed & Soft-Limit Problems

Hi,

I recently bought the DM800 CNC Controller, and mostly completed all required setup based on the manual provided.

My controller firmware version is : v2022.01.13.0

I am having problem with the soft limits for all axis, where defined limits showing as triggered however, if you jog the MPG wheel fast, you can still jog the axis beyond defined limit values which causes the axis to bind and halts the stepper motor. Even if you slowly jog the MPG wheel for relevant axis it is hit and miss sometimes it stop the axis movement sometimes it carries on resulting axis crashing.

I also have a problem with analog speed control of the spindle, I can send M3 and M4 commands to the spindle to turn it on clockwise and counter clockwise but no way to adjust the spindle speed as VSO port is always outputting 9.9v instead of outputting calculated voltage based on the maximum spindle speed defined.

Finally, its seems there little to no information for this controller and firmware looks incomplete, example there is a Test page but nothing works on it, I guess it was designed to test spindle voltage axis movement etc but nothing works on that page.

Are these know issues ? any help assistance is much appreciated.

Hoping this is something I can fix by reconfiguring the interface or rewire before I return the item for refund.
