Just in case no one has figured out the annoying alarm when you plug in your MPG, there's a parameter you need to change since the default value prevents it from beeping when you don't have an MPG connected. It's parameter #174. Change it to the opposite of whatever it is currently set to. |

The MPG LED would light with the system power supply but it would not detect the switches and e-stop. When I went to the test page on the DDCSE, I could see the rotary working. Adding the second power supply bought the rest to life. Buried in the instructions states that you need the IO power supply. The rotary was backwards, but changing parameter #175 fixed that. There was also the problem where the 5th axis did not work on the MPG. I worked out that the X1 wire was wired where the 5th axis was supposed to be (no X1 on the DDCSE connector). Swapped the wires over (cut the gray wire in the connector and soldered the pink to it) and everything now works great. |

I have asked for a wiring diagram for it, but it appears that's not an important piece of information. So stuck with a pre-wired controller THAT WAS WIRED WRONG. Mine causes an alarm to go off immedately and is useless. |
