M8 does not work on RMHV3.1

M8 does not work on RMHV3.1.  I found another person having the exact same issue on this forum, but no answer was listed.  My firmware version is 2018-07-05-95.  The front of my controller says it's RMHV3.1 but the front and back actually match the V2.1.

Please help.  My machine is down as I can't turn the torch on.

Solved it.  I was using an automotive 12V relay and for some reason the controller would not connect the M8 to ground.  I changed to a 12V Micro relay and it works as expected.
