I have checked on version 2020-03-06-112, they are correct, please check your wiring and configuration in the system.
Take our installation of proximity sensor position for Z axis for example, we have installed it  at the Z  + moving direction. Since the "Home signal " I chose as "limit signal" , then I need to configure all below first as below.
(1)#50 Home signal Effective when HOME      value= Ignore HOME
(2)#51 Enable Limit signal when "HOME"              Value=Enable
(3)#118  Z-axis zero signal source select         Value= Z++ limit signal ( this is according to your installation)
(4)#Z axis Home direction              Value=Positive ( this is according to your installation)
Also you need to check below parameters of Z axis to ensure your moving direction correctly
(1) Z axis DIR signal Electric Level    value= High
(2) Z axis Pulse signal Electric Level    value= High

For Probe signal electrical level #70 , please choose 0= low.
And make sure your wiring is correct, the Probe pin is connected with "+"( red lead), and COM  pin  is connected with "-"(black lead). If you use this kind probe tool, you can try it this way, hope it helps.

1.
it doesn't matter.
when start homing motor goes "down" and after  houming motors go "down" too
but on display when you start houming coordinats goes "down" but after goes "up".

Houming work only when (1)#50 Home signal Effective when HOME      value= continue HOME
(3)#118  Z-axis zero signal source select   - I use Z Home

2.
"For Probe signal electrical level #70 , please choose 0= low.

it dosn't metter too
Your monitor under "toolpath"indicate on touch Probe "HI" but probe work when in #70 set on "LOW"

do you readme ?

--- so you wired the pin" Z home" right? If not check your wiring first.

If you wired "z Home" on the Terminal block, you need to use the "home signal source" , because when you installed a proximity sensor on your engraving machine, this sensor share the "limit signal" and "home signal", that is why you need to configure it in the controller. First , you need to make sure which signal definition pin you are wising and then make it consistent with the one  you set the parameters in the controller. Second, you need to disable limit signal  when you choose home signal as you wire "z home" ,here "home" is the home signal. If your direction of rotation of the motor is wrong, you can check the either the electric level and direction electric level  value for Z axis, if it is not here. You need to check your motors, it has 4 lead inside, two for pulse, and two for direction. When you use the direction to replace pulse. It is better to check from the start. Just for your information. If you are not sure, share your picture here.
