I had an issue with the spindle speed not working as the manual described. I sent an email and got a response, the person that responded (Jessy) sent me a firmware update that was supposed to fix the issue. Instead, it completely ruined the controller I cannot do anything with it now. It is destroying my business that I am not able to operate this controller.
I need a fresh copy of the factory firmware so that I can get it working again.
Can anyone send me the factory firmware? |
