help with connecting the frequency converter to DDCS v3.1

Hello! I am new to machine assembly and I have a problem connecting the YASKAWA V1000 frequency converter. I have attached his guide below. I connected the board controller:
VCO - S1
COM - AC
M3 - A1;
But when the spindle button is pressed, the frequency converter does not react in any way. In the DDCS settings I have assigned that:
422 Low (high PWM detection)
227 High (active spindle switch level)
code 220G.

In manual mode, pages (where there is a connection) 51, 63 are required. Settings are on pages 96 - 114. Previously,Automatic frequency converter for controlling the motor from the remote control, manually. Thank you!
