ddcs expert setup usb

Hi all, I have just finished my ddcs expert setup only to find that using a usb stick does not work. I have tried a few different sticks and not one gets recognized as being plugged in. I have tried switching ports (there is two on the back of my controller) but still nothing. The ports do work with a usb keyboard though.
Any suggestion for a fix?? Thank you.

In DDCSE V1, use the folder name "install". In DDCSE V2 use the folder name "psys".  On version 2 they changed it from install to psys.
