Asking for help in setting up DDCSV2.1

Hello, my company provides engineering and automation services in Russia. Recently we triedDDCSV2.1 4 axis for the application of our tasks. The first sample we ordered on Aliexpress. There is positioned as a stand-alone replacement Mach3. This is a very good device, but in Mach3 it is very simple tangential tool control on the 4th axis. Now we can't get the same control for DDCSV.

r do we have go back to Mach3?
