MPG - Rough and jumpy motion

I was wondering if there was anybody else having issues with their MPG.
My problem is that when not turning it at a certain speed relatively smooth it makes the motors jump and act weird.
It is like when the wheel is "between" to contact points that it is behaving odd.

You have problems with the encoder. I assembled my arduino encoder, it works well at 1 kHz.

I have a question: MPG can work at the time of the G-code? I need to adjust the coordinate from the measuring sensor.
