DDCSV2.1 is not working properly

My DDCSV2.1 does not work properly.
I am working with g90 absolute coordinates.
The g0 command destroys the program so I am using g1 instead.
The command g2/3 works only with r. With i,j it gives wrong radius.
While running quit long program after correctly finishing the first pocket I am moving z axis to 5mm it goes there but desides tha it is hiz new 0 and does not doing the second pocket since it engraving in the air.
Please advice

Please provide your settings and GCode files.

Get setting file: Go to the /mnt/nand1-1/ directory, move the cursor to setting file, press the TAB key to copy, then go to the /udisk-sda1/ directory and press SHIFT to copy it to the u disk.

where are  /mnt/nand1-1 and what is U disk?
