Hello,
I'm using the DDCSV 2.1 with a hybrid stepper with encoders, ball screw (no lashes). Repeating the same g-code ZERO is fluctuating moreless 0.11mm on X and Y axis for each cycle. Does any one had the same problem? If possible please check on yours machine G-code by milling circle 20 times using start button only after finishing milling.
regards
Jacek

Invert parameters #418 and #419 and test.
If that doesn't help, then:
set the parameter #416 to 5000 and test again.

Hello Alex,
thanks for support, after changes based on your recommendation zeroing is repeatable. Great!

I've the other issue. After homing the spindle is randomly shifted on X, Y and Z axis and evel on the screen I see 0.000 value for each axis, the spindle in shifted randomly. Do you have any idea how to solve the problem? For Home and Limit I installed Balluff inductive sensors.
