DDCSV2.1 additional functionality

Some time ago I bough my DDCSV2.1 cnc controller and I see that there is a lot of great features which are not documentet anywhere. Therefore I have a few questions:
- is there any full list of variables that can be used in custom scripts? Like those used in "slib.nc", for example
#1=#451
#2=#452
#3=#453

- what are "T.nc", "1.nc", "2.nc", "3.nc" ... files responsible for?

- is there any documentation for MPG serial port protocol (TX, RX lines) and usage?

- is it possible to add manual tool change request on the screen in future version of the firmware?
For example if T2M06 gcode is executed then display information / small window on the screen "Please change tool to Tool 2" or somethink simmilar.

- is it possible to add in new firmware a Gcode viewer (to see text content of the selected file)?

- where to get the latest version of the firmware?

This forum is really a great help.

I am sure that with support and improvements to the documentation that is in progress this controller could well become the "goto" controller for hobbyists.

I have a few questions about the new version:

Is there any hardware difference between the original V1.1 version and the new 2.1 version?

Can I run the V2.1 software on my V1.1 hardware?

Also there are new user parameters in the eng file but there is no new setting file.
So how does this work?

Circuit modification content:
1: upgrade the power module;
2: The input module is changed from common-cathode circuit to common-anode circuit(Support NPN proximity switch);
3: NAND flash replaced by SPI NAND flash;

FPGA modification content:
1: Limit signal can be configured as HOME signal;

Software modification content:Ver: 2017-10-30-89 Modification:
1.R programming mode, when the radius is too large, the arc segment as a straight line for processing;
2. increase soft arc support
3. Increase British display support;
4. Increase HOME source definition, when positive or negative limit is defined as HOME, HOME direction is set automatically. (This function must be implemented on DDCSV1.2);
5. Increase manual override mode JOG configuration items;
6. Increase handwheel stop mode (non-precision mode);
7. Add U disk partition type definition configuration items, modify the configuration to take effect after the system restarts;

Ver:2018-01-21-91 amendments:
1. Addition of "circular centrifugal acceleration" configuration
2. Add A axis command control under soft arc algorithm

1.2 software is compatible with 1.1(FPGA new features are not supported).

DDCSV1.1 software upgrade, the new parameter defaults to 0, their behavior consistent with the previous software.

Hello,
I'm new in this forum because i bought recently a DDCSV2.1 controller.
I have some difficulties with the documentation.
As an exemple i would be very happy to copy the configuration file to my USB stick and edit it on my computer..... but I can't !
On the first run, my controller "frozen" and after several test I download Version 1.1 firmware which seems working properly.
But I would like to use the functionalities of V2.1 (because I bought it).
I will follow this thread to improve my knowledge about this controller.
