Single block

How do i single move (block)  nc lines using the controller ?
I am sure this has been discussed in the forum but I cannot find it.
Do I need to use the MPG or a USB keyboard.
From Ytliu´s video the MPG is used.
I need to "jog" or singular "move" each line to verify a file.
