Cyclic subroutine call

Good day.
How to correctly issue a call to a subroutine with multiple repetitions?
My subroutine is executed only 1 time, although the number of repetitions parameter is 20.
Maybe you need to change some settings?

Maybe your subroutine call didn't work at all.
If it is located before the end-of-program code it was just executed once...
